James has been originating mortgage loans for the past 14 years and has established a customer following in Connecticut and New York. In the past 14 years he has been a loan originator, managed a mortgage sales team and ran a mortgage branch.  Though not yet ready for the tour, James does enjoy the occasional round of golf.

Terry has been in the real estate and mortgage industry since 1985. He has experience in real estate sales, management and was a vice-president for one of the nation's largest real estate companies prior to joining his family's mortgage company. Terry has sold, managed, or financed over one billion dollars in sales volume, and stays current by teaching continuing education to Realtors - he was awarded the affiliate of the year in 2009 for the Mid-Fairfield County Association of Realtors. He has three girls, lives in Ridgefield and is a suffering Mets fan.

Don is a true veteran of the mortgage industry with more than 30 years of experience. His unique blend of financial expertise and consistent desire to satisfy his client's specific financing needs add up to a premium customer service experience. His product knowledge and dedication to quality service has earned him a vast referral base of clients throughout the tri state area that range from a first time home buyer to national sports and celebrity figures. Meeting the needs of clients who are self employed is his specialty. According to Don, nothing provides more self satisfaction than exceeding client's expectation on quality of service. Don and his family reside in Brookfield and he is an avid UConn Huskies fan.

Todd has been in banking since 1986. Formerly starting as a teller with Connecticut Bank and Trust while putting himself through college. Attending Central Connecticut State University business school, he graduated in 1989 with a BS in Finance. Todd received formal mortgage training with Fleet Bank 1992 and has been in the mortgage business ever since then. Moving from banking over to mortgage brokering Todd has since become an integral part of the Hamilton Ladd Sales Team since late 2008. Todd was born and raised in Darien, CT. Has remained in Fairfield County Connecticut. Now with his wife and four young daughters. In his spare time he enjoys acappella singing, and is an avid tennis player & skier. When possible he also loves to travel to the Caribbean and Mexico with his family.

Dave has over 10 years of mortgage lending experience and holds a BA in Management from Western Connecticut State University. He lives in Redding and enjoys the outdoors and staying active.

Mark has over 24 years in the mortgage industry, 22 of which were owning and operating his own firm. Mark joined Hamilton Ladd in May 2010. His knowledge of the industry and his ability to understand his clients needs separates him from his peers. Mark is an avid saltwater fisherman and alpine skier. He currently lives in Redding, CT with his wife and three children.
